U.S.C.I.A. Learn provides access to online courses, learning materials, assessments, certificates, and professional development resources. Course access may be free, paid, invitation-based, or restricted depending on the programme.

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of their login details, and using the platform lawfully and respectfully.

Course materials, videos, documents, assessments, certificates, branding, and platform content are protected intellectual property. Users may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, or modify platform content without written permission.

Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of required course activities, assessments, attendance requirements, or other programme conditions. U.S.C.I.A. Learn reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or correct certificates where fraud, misuse, non-completion, or administrative error is identified.

Payments, where applicable, must be made through approved payment channels. Fees, refunds, transfers, and cancellations may vary by course or programme and will be handled according to the stated registration terms for that programme.

U.S.C.I.A. Learn may update courses, schedules, instructors, assessments, platform features, or programme requirements at any time to improve quality, compliance, or learner experience.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, share accounts, interfere with system operations, or use the platform in a way that damages U.S.C.I.A., Apexis Learn, IKAIA, Genikai Ltd., partners, instructors, or other users.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform secure and available, U.S.C.I.A. Learn does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

U.S.C.I.A. Learn may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, provides false information, or acts in a way that may harm the integrity of the learning environment.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
