Refund and Returns Policy

At the U.S. Chaplain International Association (USCIA), we want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses purchased on uscialearn.com.
1. General Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests submitted after 7 days or after exceeding the 20% completion threshold will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Less than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed
- The course was purchased directly through uscialearn.com
- A valid reason is provided (e.g., accidental purchase, technical issue preventing access)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
- Certificates of completion that have already been issued
- Bundle or promotional pricing purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Subscriptions or recurring billing plans after the billing cycle has started
- Courses purchased through third-party platforms or partners
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Full name and registered email address
- Order or transaction reference number
- Name of the course for which a refund is requested
- Reason for the refund request
Submit your request by email to lmssupport@uscialearn.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name]”.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course and any associated materials will be revoked immediately. Any certificates generated prior to the refund will be invalidated.
7. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact our support team before submitting a refund request. We will make every effort to resolve technical issues promptly. Refunds due to technical issues will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
