Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the U.S. Chaplain International Association (USCIA) learning platform at uscialearn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at lmssupport@uscialearn.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Course fees are displayed at the time of enrollment. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before access to course materials is granted. USCIA reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice to non-enrolled users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of USCIA or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to share your account access, resell course content, or use the platform in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service. USCIA reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without refund.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. USCIA does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, USCIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
